Tru by Hilton Middleburg Heights Cleveland Airport

The best hotel i have stayed at in a long time.super clean,quite, and the service was TOP notch. The staff was very professional, friendly and the attention to detail for room service was amazing. My wife and I will stay here when we visit family when we return.

Hotel was beautiful, room was beautiful, but more importantly the customer service was phenomenal. Jackie was extremely kind, tentative and made my stay feel like home. Would definitely come back and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an amazing stay!

We stay here at least once a year for the past 5 years for the autorama at the IX center. Comfortable rooms with a pretty good breakfast. I had some trouble figuring out my booking and Felicia was there to get everything worked out. Felicia was a huge help and I want to tell her thank you!

Beautiful hotel, fair price and exceptional service. This property is less than a month old, so everything is brand new. They have some pet-friendly rooms and were so sweet to our two grand-dogs. We were impressed with everything and the staff was fantastic! Jennifer, Milton and Samai were a few of the team members who made our stay memorable for all the right reasons!

I read the reviews. The negative reviews were about the staff. I found them to be warm and welcoming. I am not boujie when it comes to hotels. Tru by Hiltons hit the mark. They are newer. No carpet which I like. The beds are comfortable. The pillows leave a little to be desired. This one is about 5 miles or so from the rental car center at Hopkins International Airport. There are tons of restaurants nearby. I will definitely stay here again.

It was my husband and I 11th year anniversary and we chose this hotel because they offer the accessible room. Unfortunately it doesn't come with microwave for food brought back. But luckily had a microwave in lobby. I didn't really like walking out my room to heat my food. The room was ok the pillows were way too soft for me but the bed was nice and firm. TV seemed to only offer all the football channels ALL DAY LONG. I HATED THE SHOWER!!! I HAD THE ACCESSIBLE SHOWER SO IT CAME WITH SIT DOWN SEAT, I KEPT CURTAIN CLOSED AND WATER WAS ALMOST OUT THE BATHROOM. I ALMOST FELL SO OFF COURSE I WAS SCARED. I DON'T LIKE THAT FEATURE AT ALL!!! The staff are AMAZING!! The lobby is soothing and seems to be a conversation starter area. Nice foosball tables. Has on-site 24 hour laundry, workout room until 10pm and business corner. The breakfast was Eggcellent . But no seriously it was good especially pancake machine, would love if offered other options besides pork. 24 hour coffee/ tea station was ok hot water didn't stay hot and they ran outta tea 10-18-25 morning. They have a variety of things to purchase at counter and around it. Overall I'll say ok for being open 3 weeks.

Open for only 4 days at the time of this review. Nice new property with plenty of parking. Staff very friendly. A few early bugs like digital key not working properly, some external exits fully locked when they're marked that a room key should open them, but these are minor quibbles. On-site EV charging as advertised via Hilton app/website booking is not yet installed. The Tru concept is simple and very nice for the price, and experiencing it in brand new condition is of course as good as it will get - if the staff maintains their friendliness and the standards of this hotel I will certainly return.

Nicely done, Hilton! We loved our stay at this hotel. It was our first stay with the Tru brand and we were not disappointed. The rooms were a little smaller than normal but still comfortable. The rooms and the hotel were very clean. We used the laundry facilities while we were there. Again, very clean. The foozball in the lobby was fun! We didn't eat breakfast but we did enjoy the 24 hour coffee/tea bar. We will be back.
